Paul is Co-Founder and Managing Principal of BOLT Capital.

Before joining BOLT Capital, Paul held the position of Managing Director with responsibility for the Capital Markets and International Business at Ulster Bank (part of the RBS Group). Paul was a member of the Bank’s Senior Leadership Group and sat on the Bank’s Asset & Liability Committee. During his time with the RBS Group, Paul also sat on the RBS Markets CBRS European management team.

Paul has extensive knowledge of banking, financial markets and risk management having worked in trading, structuring, corporate & institutional sales and has held senior management roles, at RBS / Ulster Bank, Barclays Capital and Bank of Ireland. Paul holds a B.Comm and MBS from University College Dublin.
